After viewing LLW, Travis thinks he might have seen some Gryffindors in the Narnia movie. I guess J. K. Rowling has some explaining to do. This post also contains a link to Travis's review of the film.
I definitely saw Gryffins but none made out of gold ("-dor" = de ore = "of gold" in French - hence, "Gryffin of Gold")... probably some made of stone in Jadis' castle :)
Hey guys - thanks for the link. Yeah, it was basically the red/gold similarity I was getting at, as well as the lion. I elaborate more on the Gryffindor/Lion link in this post.
I'm looking forward to Magician's Nephew when they finally do it. Tilda Swinton was great.
